Project Managers

We are looking for Project Managers that are self-motivated, driven, with integrity and work ethic to join our team.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Cost estimating using OnCenter Software (OST/QB) and preparation of accurate bid proposals for metal stud framing, drywall hanging, drywall finishing and acoustical ceilings on commercial and federal projects.

  • Ability to read and understand construction plans and specifications.

  • Manage daily/weekly project reports, and other related project information.

  • Accountable for planning, organizing, and directing completion of projects and ensuring the projects are on time and within budget.

  • Highly motivated with ability to work with others through challenging situations and assignments.

  • Full time, office-based position but will require regular job site visits for estimating and managing purposes.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and managing project foreman to help order materials and ensure project production goals are met.

Project Foreman

We are looking for Drywall Foreman that are self-motivated, driven, with integrity and work ethic to join our team. You will be our on-site lead person on our commercial projects to ensure proper communication with project managers, employees, and other trades while overseeing quality production.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Ability to read and understand construction plans and specifications.

  • Clear understanding and certified OSHA safety regulations.

  • Will oversee the framing and layout of the drywall on walls and ceilings.

  • Ensuring all materials are available for laborers to complete drywalling tasks.

  • Monitor drywall project deadlines and assign work activities to a site supervisor or contractor.

  • Help manage drywall budgets with Project Manager and communicate to installers regarding the availability and quantity of drywall, drywall mud, tape, and other materials.

  • You interact with other tradespeople to determine the drywall installation schedule.

 

Field Employees

  • Framers

    As a metal stud framer, you will be responsible for preparing equipment, selecting suitable metal studs for securing frames and tracks, and covering secured frames with drywall boards. You may also be required to oversee general construction laborers.

    To ensure success as a metal stud framer, you should possess extensive experience in metal stud framing and contribute expertise to our team. Outstanding metal stud framers take pride in the quality of their work and are able to supervise other construction team workers.

  • Hangers

    As a hanger/drywall installer, you will be responsible for installation for secure drywall panels to the interior of residential, commercial, and other types of construction and will prepare the drywall for painting or finishing.

    To ensure success as a drywall installer, you should be able to be physically able to put drywall panels into place, measure and cut drywall to fit in specific areas, ability to use hand & power tools, prolonged periods standing, climbing ladders, bending, and kneeling.

  • Drywall Finishers

    As a drywall finisher, your duties will include sealing joints, repairing cracks, and smoothing imperfections on walls and ceilings to create surfaces that are suitable for final treatment. You should also ensure that all supplies are used safely.

    To be successful as a drywall finisher, you should be able to complete tasks efficiently while maintaining a high quality of work. Ultimately, an excellent drywall finisher will utilize sound techniques to produce high-quality drywall finishes on time.
